Window tinting

Window tint blocks the heat from the sun from passing through your car windows, and professionally installed window tint by AutoStyle improves the comfort and safety of your vehicle. The tint films that we use are superior to other car tint products in terms of reducing solar gain and glare. Additionally, our tint film enhances the appearance of your vehicle. In addition to lowering the interior temperature of your car, tinted windows eliminate UV damage. frequently asked questions

How Long Does Tinting Take?

This depends on the size of your vehicle. For a complete car tint, it will take an estimated 2 to 4 hours to complete. For a full sized truck, it could take between 1 – 1.5 hours. If old aftermarket tint needs to be removed, expect at least 30 minutes and up to half a day to be added on to your time.

do i need to wait to roll my windows down?

Yes, because the tint needs time to cure and adhere to the window. Rolling your window down prematurely can damage the film. Please wait 24 hours after having tint installed before rolling down your windows.

Will there be any interference between my rear defroster and tint?

The tint film will not be affected by the rear defroster and the defroster will not be damaged from the film.

What are the legal tint limits in South Carolina?

Can I tint my vehicle when it's raining?

Yes, that’s actually the best time! The rain sticks the dust and particulates floating around in the air to the ground. The result is clean tint installs!
